- Appointment reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before your appointment)
- Cancellation and rescheduling notifications
- Account notifications and important updates
- Post-appointment follow-up messages
- Review requests after completed appointments
- Occasional promotional offers and special announcements
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4-6 messages per month depending on your appointment schedule and membership activity.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages sent to your device.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to unsubscribe and stop receiving further messages. You may also opt out by updating your preferences in your patient portal profile or by contacting us directly.

Consent is not a condition of treatment: Providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a requirement to receive treatment or services from JGtherapy. You may still book appointments and receive services without consenting to SMS messages.
